Carm Capriotto is a career member of the automotive aftermarket. His experience on the jobber and distribution side of the industry kept his focus directly on the service professional. He held many roles, from company president to executive positions in store operations, systems and sales. Carm is collecting powerful stories while connecting people who want to help build a stronger aftermarket. He is helping aftermarket professionals achieve Remarkable Results. It is education through storytelling. He says, “I’m changing the behavior of how aftermarket professionals get their information, training and insights.”
Carm admires the extremely successful service professional. “There is an entrepreneurial spirit there that makes them stand out.” When Carm left the corporate world, he chose podcasting as the medium to present and share individual stories of success. As the premier aftermarket podcaster, the “Voice of the Aftermarket,” he has not only spotlighted personal stories of achievement of service professionals, he has interviewed aftermarket business coaches, trainers, technicians, educators, students, association executives and female shop owners. Along with two new podcasts each week, he hosts a single subject Town Hall Academy. The forum is led by aftermarket industry colleagues and is broadcast live on Facebook.In March 2018 Remarkable Results Radio Podcast hit the 300th episode milestone. In September 2017 Carm was honored with the 2017 Mort Schwartz Excellence In Education Award from the Auto Care Association.
Noah practices at SmithAmundsen, a full service litigation and business law firm. As the go-to legal resource and trusted business partner, he analyzes complex risks and formulates strategies for cost optimization, considering legal liability, litigation avoidance, and best practices. Mr. Frank provides practical and thoughtful advice, strategy, and solutions in a full range of employment, corporate, and workers’ compensation matters, including compliance, policy implementation, and risk mitigation of wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, leave interference and retaliation claims including under the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, OSHA, NLRA, Worker’s Compensation, and state and local laws. He advises employers on day-to-day issues such as employment agreements (including NDAs and restrictive covenants), leave and return-to-work management, discipline, disability and religious accommodation, and severance agreements. He trains management in legal compliance, and is a frequent author and invited speaker on these and other topics. Mr. Frank attended the University of Illinois where he earned his bachelors, masters in human resources, and juris doctorate degrees. He has been peer-recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star each year 2012-2019.
Sara Fraser is a millennial who has a love for life, travel, and connecting with other humans! She has over 15 years of retail and management experience, the last 6 of them as an office manager for a used car sales and service center. To bring her customer service, marketing, and business knowledge to the automotive industry she has joined the team at Haas Performance Consulting. Sara loves helping others grow and succeed and is excited to share her expertise on management and social media, her views on how and why the younger generations think and act, and how to work and manage a business within a multi-generational workforce. When she isn’t working Sara spends her time attending theatrical productions, music festivals, concerts, advocating for human and animal rights, celebrating life in general and connecting with other people from all over the world.
Jeremy is a high-performance coach who began his career as a Service Advisor and quickly moved into Service Management at the dealership level for VW, Audi, and Porsche. His strong customer satisfaction scores and ability to increase sales consistently placed him in the top 3% of Service Advisors across the nation. With a passion for helping others Jeremy started coaching Service Advisors in 2007. In 2010 Jeremy founded Advisorfix with the mission of helping shop owners and Service Advisors revolutionize their sales and customer service experience. Jeremy is currently president and lead sales trainer for Advisorfix, and owner operator of an independent repair shop in Southern California. Through his training classes and coaching programs, shops across North America are able to capitalize on the opportunities placed in front of them and enjoy a higher level of success. Jeremy has been instructing and creating curriculum for the automotive repair industry since 2007.Jeremy lives in Wrightwood CA and when he is not coaching clients he enjoys time with family, riding mountain bikes, and figuring out how to help others create greatness in their lives.

Donny is the Executive Officer for the National Automotive Service Task Force. His responsibilities include assisting automotive technicians and locksmiths with information necessary to repair vehicles. NASTF helps to resolve information gaps by acting as a conduit between the repairer and the OE in service information, tool information, education and NASTF’s marquee program, the Secure Data Release Model which allows independent service professionals to apply and received credentials to access key and immobilizer codes from NASTF’s OE partners.
As the Co-Owner of Seyfer Automotive Inc. in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, founded in 1961. He has well over three decades of automotive service experience as a technician, manager and service consultant – expertise he shares in various industry roles.Donny is an ASE Master / L1 advanced diagnostic technician and C1 service consultant, and has been a participant writing test questions and working on passing score studies for ASE. Donny also is active as a telematics/connected car/cyber security initiatives leader, and a member of ASE Education Foundation board of directors.
